ThanniGo is a hyperlocal marketplace platform connecting Customers, Shop Owners, and Delivery Partners. We facilitate the sale and delivery of goods, primarily focused on drinking water cans and daily essentials.

3. Order Rules

• Users must provide accurate delivery addresses.
• Orders for water cans may involve a "Can Deposit" fee if an empty can is not provided for exchange.
• Users are responsible for checking the quality of goods at the time of delivery.

4. Delivery Conditions

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on weather, traffic, and shop availability. ThanniGo is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery partners or shops.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or harass delivery partners. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our community standards.
