1. Delivery Areas

ThanniGo currently operates in select neighbourhoods across Chennai. We are rapidly expanding to other parts of Tamil Nadu. You can check service availability by entering your location in the mobile app.

2. Delivery Timings

Our standard delivery window is 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week. However, individual shop timings may vary based on their specific operating hours.

3. Expected Delivery Time

• Instant Delivery: Usually delivered within 30-60 minutes of order confirmation.
• Scheduled Delivery: Delivered within the 2-hour slot selected by the customer during checkout.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping/Delivery charges are calculated based on the distance between the shop and the delivery address. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed on the checkout screen before you finalize your payment.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is assigned to a delivery partner, you can track their real-time location and estimated time of arrival (ETA) directly through the ThanniGo app.
