Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation
Customer Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement for a full refund. Once the shop has accepted the order, a cancellation fee may apply.
Shop/Delivery Cancellations: If a shop or delivery partner cancels your order due to stock unavailability or logistics issues, a full refund will be processed immediately.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Defective or damaged products.
- Incorrect items delivered.
- Orders not delivered within the promised extended window.
3. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
4. Failed Payments
In case of a technical failure where the amount is deducted but the order is not placed, the amount will be automatically refunded by our payment partner (Razorpay/Cashfree) within 48-72 hours.
